Return and Refund Policy
Return Period: You may return or exchange the product within 14 days of the receipt date.
Product Condition: The product must be in its original, unused condition, in its original packaging, and include all accessories and the invoice.
Damaged or Defective Products: Please notify us within 24 hours of receipt, and we will cover all shipping costs for the return or exchange.
Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order yourself via your account under the "My Orders" menu before it is dispatched for shipping.
Refunds: The amount will be refunded using the original payment method (or as store credit) within 2 to 7 business days after the product has been inspected. (Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of manufacturing defects).
